At Holzsch, we take pride in the quality and integrity of every piece we craft. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to support you while protecting the care we invest in our products.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Return
- The item must be in unused, undamaged condition
- It must be shipped back in original or equivalent protective packaging
- Stock items are eligible for return
- Custom-made items are not eligible unless they arrive with a clear defect or damage
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Custom orders, including any bespoke dimensions, materials, finishes, or epoxy selections
- Products altered after delivery (including refinishing, assembly, or third-party modifications)
- Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
- Items exposed to outdoor environments or improper conditions (e.g., humidity, heat, neglect)
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact support@holzsch.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief explanation, and photos if relevant.
- If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping and adequate packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus original shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a workmanship issue:
- Notify us within 5 days of delivery
- Include photos of the product and its packaging
- Holzsch will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, return the item and place a new order.
Additional Terms
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
- Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee
- Holzsch reserves the right to evaluate each case individually
- In-store returns for stock items follow the same 30-day return policy
