If you are not entirely pleased with your acquisition from Holzsch, we encourage you to get in touch with us for a return or exchange of your item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery, accompanied by a proof of purchase. Please be informed that we do not accept returns or exchanges for special orders, items that have been installed, foundations that are no longer in their original packaging, and other items specified below. There might be other exceptions. Please contact Holzsch for more details.

When you return an item, it will undergo an inspection, and based on its condition, exchanges, credits, or refunds will be provided for the amount you paid. Any taxes you were charged will be refunded as per the prevailing laws. Please note that fees for delivery & packaging are non-refundable unless the item had manufacturer defects or was damaged during transit. Holzsch holds the right to decline returns or exchanges for items that are not in a like-new state due to damage or misuse by the customer.

Items bought during Discount Sales are deemed as final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Special orders commence production immediately after the order is placed and are tailored to your requirements. Consequently, these item(s) cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded at any given time. A non-refundable deposit of 50% will be levied when you finalize your order. The remaining amount might appear as a pending charge or authorization on your credit/debit card. Once your order is dispatched, the due balance will be deducted from your card. Please refer to the Holzsch Terms of Use for more terms relevant to your order.

Such items are categorized as special orders and are non-cancellable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

For every order that gets canceled before the items are dispatched, no delivery fee will be applicable. For special orders, a non-refundable deposit of 50% will be taken at the time of order placement. If you opt to cancel your special order item(s) before its delivery, your 50% deposit will be retained and not refunded.

If you decide to cancel a return and retain the item after a refund has been processed, we will charge your credit card the amount equivalent to the refund provided.

Holzsch aims to ensure accuracy in all prices, delivery rates, and other details. All prices listed in our source books and on our website are in U.S. dollars and are subject to relevant taxes as per state and local regulations. The availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to alterations.

There might be inaccuracies in the prices, descriptions, or images of specific merchandise, and Holzsch reserves the right to limit orders for those items and rectify any mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions.
