At Holzsch, we believe great design starts with great materials. Each piece we craft reflects our dedication to natural integrity, artisan techniques, and long-term durability. While no material is without its natural character, we back our craftsmanship with a Limited Warranty to ensure peace of mind — so you can focus on enjoying your furniture, not worrying about it.
This Limited Warranty applies to residential use only and begins on the date your order is shipped.
Epoxy Tables & Benches — 3 Years. Resin separation, structural bonding between resin and wood.
Stone Tables — 3 Years. Delamination, structural failure.
Chairs (Wood Frame) — 2 Years. Frame cracking or breakage under normal use.
Chairs (Upholstery) — 1 Year. Seam failure, cushion integrity.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship when used under normal residential conditions and properly cared for.
Holzsch furniture is made from natural materials — each with unique variations that are part of its character, not defects. This Limited Warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear.
• Movement, checks, warping, or swelling in solid wood due to environmental shifts.
• Variations in wood grain, tone, or texture.
• Minor cracks or surface separation that do not affect structural performance.
• Color changes from sun exposure or aging.
• Surface damage from cleaning agents, solvents, or protective coatings.
• Stains or damage from contact with rubber, ink, sharp objects, or prolonged direct sunlight.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, impact, or neglect.
• Any issues resulting from improper installation, storage, or relocation.
• Damage caused during delivery (see Freight section below).
• Items stored outdoors or near exterior doors, windows, or high-humidity environments.
• Products customized beyond Holzsch’s standard designs or altered post-delivery.
• Any electrical components or third-party hardware not produced by Holzsch.
All items are inspected before they leave our workshop and packaged professionally. Upon delivery:
• Visible damage must be noted on the freight bill at the time of receipt.
• Concealed damage must be reported to Holzsch within 5 business days, accompanied by photographs.
Retain all packaging and documentation until your claim has been reviewed.
Our furniture is made primarily from solid hardwood and natural stone — materials that will respond to light, heat, humidity, and time. These factors may lead to small changes in shape, tone, or feel. These changes are natural and expected and are not covered under warranty.
To maintain your piece’s integrity:
• Avoid placing it near heat sources or direct sunlight
• Keep indoor humidity levels consistent (ideally 35–55%)
• Use pads under heavy objects and avoid standing water.
To file a claim:
Email info@holzsch.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
Holzsch will assess your claim within 7 business days.
If approved, we will repair or replace the affected item or component at our discretion. If the original product is discontinued, a similar alternative may be offered.
This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original purchaser. Warranty repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
This Limited Warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties — express or implied — including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall Holzsch’s liability exceed the purchase price of the item. This warranty applies only to products purchased after [insert effective date], and only for residential, non-commercial use.
