A flat rate based on your delivery area will be charged. Your payment method will not be charged until your order has been dispatched, except for deposits on special orders. Ensure a successful delivery by consulting our Measuring for Furniture Delivery guidelines at www.holzsch.com. Verify that all furniture items can fit through access points like doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and corners. Contact Holzsch for additional assistance in measuring your space.

You will be contacted when your items are ready, prompting you to schedule your delivery. We request that you accept the delivery within 90 days. Inform Holzsch of any special delivery requirements during scheduling.

Most furniture items and select non-furniture items qualifying for Unlimited Furniture Delivery include delivery inside your home. Our white glove delivery professionals will unpack, inspect, assemble, and place each item in your desired room. Note that we cannot unpack or assemble lighting, and certain restrictions may apply. An authorized adult (18+) must be present during delivery to inspect and sign the delivery receipt.

Some items require professional assembly or installation. Delivery includes bringing the package inside but not unpacking or setup. Details available on www.holzsch.com.

Oversized, extremely heavy, or fragile items may incur a surcharge due to the need for additional delivery support.

Items not eligible for Unlimited Furniture Delivery are typically shipped via UPS and arrive in 2–7 business days.
