Because every Walnut Burl slab develops uniquely in nature, no two side tables are identical. Variations in grain, burl figure, natural voids, color, and epoxy placement contribute to the individuality of every finished piece. Custom dimensions, epoxy colors, and project-specific modifications may be available upon request to complement a wide variety of residential and commercial interiors.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact info@holzsch.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief explanation, and photos if relevant.
  2. If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping and adequate packaging.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus original shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a workmanship issue:

  • Notify us within 5 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the product and its packaging
  • Holzsch will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion

Exchanges
