Every stage of production—from lumber selection and grain matching to joinery, sanding, and finishing—is completed to achieve exceptional durability and a refined appearance.
Because wood is a natural material, each table displays unique grain patterns, tonal variation, and organic characteristics that make every piece distinct. Custom dimensions and project-specific modifications may be available upon request to complement a variety of residential and commercial interiors.
The piece shown may already be sold; however, a very similar piece can be custom-crafted upon request.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Return
- The item must be in unused, undamaged condition
- It must be shipped back in original or equivalent protective packaging
- Stock items are eligible for return
- Custom-made items are not eligible unless they arrive with a clear defect or damage

- Custom orders, including any bespoke dimensions, materials, finishes, or epoxy selections
- Products altered after delivery (including refinishing, assembly, or third-party modifications)
- Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
- Items exposed to outdoor environments or improper conditions (e.g., humidity, heat, neglect)
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact info@holzsch.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief explanation, and photos if relevant.
- If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping and adequate packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus original shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a workmanship issue:
- Notify us within 5 days of delivery
- Include photos of the product and its packaging
- Holzsch will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, return the item and place a new order.
