Material & Resin Detail

The tabletop of the Skybar Table is crafted from solid wood and can incorporate resin as a controlled design element. Resin tones are selected to complement the wood rather than dominate it.

Available resin tones include brown, dark grey, or clear, allowing the table to align visually with both residential and professional interiors.

Base & Structural Logic

The Skybar Table is supported by a solid plexiglass base available in brown, dark grey, or transparent finishes. When resin is used, the base color can be matched to the resin tone to create a cohesive visual relationship between the tabletop and the structure.

A stiffening plank made from the same material as the tabletop is integrated into the structure, reinforcing stability at longer spans while maintaining a clean appearance.

At Holzsch, we take pride in the quality and integrity of every piece we craft. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to support you while protecting the care we invest in our products.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return

  • The item must be in unused, undamaged condition
  • It must be shipped back in original or equivalent protective packaging
  • Stock items are eligible for return
  • Custom-made items are not eligible unless they arrive with a clear defect or damage

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom orders, including any bespoke dimensions, materials, finishes, or epoxy selections
  • Products altered after delivery (including refinishing, assembly, or third-party modifications)
  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
  • Items exposed to outdoor environments or improper conditions (e.g., humidity, heat, neglect)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact info@holzsch.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief explanation, and photos if relevant.
  2. If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping and adequate packaging.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus original shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a workmanship issue:

  • Notify us within 5 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the product and its packaging
  • Holzsch will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, return the item and place a new order.

Additional Terms

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
  • Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee
  • Holzsch reserves the right to evaluate each case individually
